Once we receive the 25% down payment we begin the design process!
Based off of all of our conversations and inspiration pictures shared, I will provide you with digital mockups. Then we discuss what you like, dislike, love, and make changes based off that. We provide unlimited revisions, because we want you to love every part of your product.
Digital mockups are provided. However, physical mockups can be purchased at the cost of the objects unit price on invoice.

Final payment and mock up approval is due two weeks prior to the event/deadline. If payment or final approval is received after the two week deadline then a rush order fee will be applied.
